TSR
10 :-
This
grade of natural rubber is Technically Specified
Block Rubber (TSR), equivalent to SMR 10, STR 10, SIR 10
etc in other rubber producing countries. In
India this grade is called Indian Standard
Natural Rubber 10 (ISNR 10)
TSR
10
or our ISNR 10 is produced from clean and fresh field
coagulum or from un smoked sheets. It has good technological
properties similar to those of RSS 2 and RSS 3 and has the
advantage of lower viscosity and easier mixing characteristics.
We
are giving below the analysis report of a few ISNR 10 samples
from our stock

TSR
20 :-
This
grade of natural rubber is Technically Specified
Block Rubber (TSR), equivalent to SMR 20, STR 20, SIR 20
etc in other rubber producing countries. In India this grade
is called Indian Standard Natural Rubber
20 (ISNR 20).
TSR
20
or our ISNR 20 is a large volume grade of TSR, produced
mostly from field coagulum and or a blend of field coagulum
with lower grades of RSS and or un smoked sheets. It has
good processing characteristics and physical properties
coupled with low viscosity and easier mixing characteristics.
We
are giving below the analysis report of a few ISNR 20 samples
from our stock

1:
This
is the superior quality grade of Ribbed Smoked Sheet rubber
This
grade must be produced under conditions where all processing
operations are carefully and uniformly controlled. Each
bale must be packed free of moulds but very slight traces
of dry mould on wrappers or bale surfaces adjacent to wrapper
found at the time of delivery will not be objected to, provided
there is no penetration of mould inside the bale. Oxidized
spots or streaks, weak, heated, under cured, and over smoked,
opaque and burnt sheets are not permissible.
The rubber must be dry, clean, strong and evenly smoked
and free from blemishes, specks, rust, blisters, sand, dirty
packing and any other foreign matter. Small pinhead bubbles
if scattered, will not be objected to
Given
below is a sample quality certificate we issue for each
consignment.
Quality
Certificate
The consignment of RSS 1 supplied are carefully inspected
and graded and the same strictly conforms to the international
standards, accepted world over, as prescribed in the Green
Book published by the Rubber Manufactures Association
(RMA) inc., Washington D C, United States of America which
is re produced below.
Each bale must be packed free of mould but very slight
traces of dry mould on wrappers or bale surfaces adjacent
to wrapper found at time of delivery will not be objected
to provided there is no penetration of mould inside the
bale.
Oxidized
spots or streaks, weak, heated, undercured, over-smoked,
opaque and burnt sheets are not permissible.
The rubber must be dry, clean, strong, sound and free
from blemishes, resinous matter (rust), blisters, sand,
dirty packing and any other foreign matter, except slight
specks as shown in the sample. Small pin head bubbles,
if scattered, will not be objected to.

2:
This
is the grade of Ribbed Smoked Sheer rubber where slight
rust or a slight amount of dry mould on wrappers, bale surfaces
and interior sheets, found at the time of delivery, will
not be objected to, provided these, either singly or in
combination, do not exist in more than 5% of the number
of bales included in the delivery, lot or tender as determined
by the number of bales inspected. Small bubbles and slight
specks of bark, if scattered, will not be objected to.
Oxidized
spots or streaks, weak, heated, under cured, and over smoked,
opaque and burnt sheets are ruled out. The rubber must be
dry, clean strong and free from blemishes, blisters, sand,
dirty packing and all other foreign matter other than specified
above as permissible.
Note-
Appropriate quality certificate will be issued by us for
every consignment.
RSS 3:
This
is the grade of Ribbed Smoked Sheer rubber where rust and
dry mould on wrappers, bale surfaces and interior sheets,
found at the time of delivery, will not be objected to,
provided these conditions either singly or in combination
do not exist to an objectionable extent on or in more than
10% of the number of bales included in the delivery, lot
or tender as determined by the number of bales inspected.
Slight blemishes in color, small bubbles and small specks
of bark are permissible. The other parameters are the same
as for RSS 2
Note-
Appropriate quality certificate will be issued by us for
every consignment.

4:
This
is the grade of Ribbed Smoked Sheer rubber where rust, dry
mould on wrappers, bale surfaces and interior sheets, found
at time of delivery, will not be objected to provided these
conditions, either singly or in combination, do not exist
to an objectionable extent on or in more than 20% of the
number of bales included in the delivery, lot or tender
as determined by the number of bales inspected. Medium size
bark particles, bubbles, translucent stains, slightly sticky
and slightly over-smoked rubber are permissible, but these
should not be evident to a marked degree. The other parameters
are the same as for RSS 2 and RSS 3.
Note-
Appropriate quality certificate will be issued by us for
every consignment.

5:
This
is the grade of Ribbed Smoked Sheer rubber where rust, dry
mould on wrappers, bale surfaces and interior sheets, found
at the time of delivery will not be objected to provided
these conditions, either singly or in combination, do not
exist to an objectionable extent on or in more than 30 %
of the number of bales. Large bark particles, bubbles
and small blisters, stains, over smoked, slightly sticky
rubber and small blemishes are permissible provided they
are not present to a marked degree. Slightly under cured
rubber is also permissible but not weak, heated, burnt rubber,
and those with oxidized spots or streaks. The rubber must
be dry, firm, and free of blisters, except to the extent
shown in the sample. Dirty packing, sand and all other foreign
matter other than specified above are not permissible.
Centrifuged
Latex Concentrate
This
type of preserved latex concentrate has a minimum of 60%
dry rubber content. It is produced by centrifuging
field latex with a dry rubber content of 30 to 40%. We have
both HA and LA types for supply.
